HAIR WASHING 101 (PART 2)

Hello fam! Welcome or welcome back. Make sure to hit the follow button if you haven’t already and let’s get started.

So, this is the second part of my last week’s blog, click here if you haven’t read that yet. Now, let’s get started.

RIGHT AMOUNT OF SHAMPOO

If you picked 2 dime size amounts, you’d be correct. Put one dime in the frontal part of your head and one in back and lather it up and your hair will get clean. Even if you have long hair you don’t need huge gallons of shampoo. Just wash your scalp and your ends will get washed too, you don’t have to rub your ends specially.

HAIR WASHING DAYS

There is no wrong answer, every answer is correct. Wanna know why? Because everyone is different, we live in a wonderful and a diverse world and everyone has their own shampoo routine. Now, I personally wash my hair once a week and if you wash it every day, I’d suggest you to not do that even if you have very oily hair. You can use dry shampoo or wash your hair with just plain water instead of putting shampoo every day, but if that’s what you’re comfortable with then look for an “everyday shampoo” because that is made with more gentle constituents which won’t damage your hair.

DRYING THE HAIR

Well, personally I think drying your hair in natural sunlight is the best way to get the most out of it. Letting it dry on its own makes it damp and hair dryer damages your hair. Say no to rubbing it with towel because that will just tangle your hair leading to breakage, and fan? You might catch a cold with that one. I suggest you to dry your hair in the sun and see the results for yourself.

So, with that the series of Hair washing 101 ends here. I really hope you enjoyed it, drop a like if you find this helpful and don’t forget to comment!
